The Regional Housing and Regeneration Board

4NW, in partnership with the Homes and Community Agency is responsible for the Regional Housing and Regeneration Board, and is supported by the Regional Expert Group. 

The purpose of the NW Housing and Regeneration Board (NWHRB) is to support the development and implementation of the Regional Strategy, promoting delivery of housing and regeneration across the North West

The Terms of Reference for the Board can be found in the documents column to your right, along with a Memorandum of Understanding between 4NW and HCA, which has been agreed to support the Board.
